All orders are packaged to protect items from damage. (We dont like
damaged items either.)
All orders are confirmed with an estimated ship date of 2 business days
from date of receiving payment, although most orders ship within 1

All orders either ship UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post at the sole
discretion of Art Flow Designs.
Customers have the option of choosing Priority or Express for faster
shipping time, but items will still have an estimated ship date of 2
business days.
Order shipping UPS must include street address as UPS does not ship to
PO Boxes nor APO addresses.
Art Flow Designs, at their sole discretion, may require additional
shipping if needed to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and all other US
Territories.
An Art Flow Designs employee can answer all shipping questions before
purchase.
RETURN POLICY:
Our first concern is your complete satisfaction with our products.
Most items that we sell on the ArtFlowDesigns.com website comes with a
30-day money back guarantee.
If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase
directly from ArtFlowDesigns.com, simply return that item within 15
days for a full refund on that item less a 20% restocking fee.
Please also note that all Freight and Shipping charges, for delivery
and return, and related insurance charges, cannot be refunded or
credited.
When returning a product back for a refund, please enclosed a copy of
your invoice or receipt with your shipment.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us immediately as we
will need to file a damage claim report with the shipping company.
Please note that all damage shipment claims must be filed within 48
hours from the time the shipment arrives. Failure to contact us within
that time period will forfeit your right to file a damage claims report.
